Established in the 1950s, Flat Mountain Estates is a four-season, private community located on Flat Top Mountain in the Nantahala National Forest. The community consists of almost 50 homes and boasts views galore. We are located just 5 miles from Main Street and less than a mile from many wonderful USFS hiking trails.
