Join us Wednesday, June 10 at 5:30 PM at Gateway Park (341 Waukegan Ave.) for the sculpture dedication & ribbon cutting of “FOR GIVING” by Chris RWK, presented by & during the Celebrate Highwood Wednesday Evening Gourmet Market.

Featuring RWK’s iconic robot holding a heart, the work reflects love, empathy, and the power of human connection marking his first-ever public sculpture.

Stick around for the market, then continue the celebration on June 11 from 6 – 9 PM at Silver Tuna Studios (524 Sheridan Rd.) for his solo exhibition, “I Left My Heart in Illinois”.

There’s still time to sign up for the first Historical Highwood Cocktail Tour of the season Wednesday, June 3 from 7 – 9 PM. Join local historian Bruce “Buzzy” Bertucci for a guided walking tour filled with fascinating stories, hidden secrets, and the colorful characters that helped earn Highwood the nickname “Whiskey Junction.”
