Our office is proud to announce back-to-back jury convictions in the 2024 robbery (forcibly stealing with the use of a weapon) of an Imo's Pizza delivery driver. Today, Gregory Allen was found guilty by a Jefferson County jury, following the January conviction of Charlie Brown.
The pair was caught by Jefferson County Sheriff's Office deputies after leaving a trail of footprints in the snow that led straight to the stolen food and the suspects.
Judge Melenbrink presided over both trials, which saw excellent work from First Assistant Courtney Goodwin. We are especially proud of the victim, whose stellar testimony in both cases ensured that justice was served.
Thank you to the jurors in both cases for their attentiveness to the evidence in these matters.
Brown sentencing: 4/20/26 (24JE-CR03269-01)
Allen sentencing: 7/21/26 (24JE-CR03271-01)
