will be closing on July 31, 2026 from 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM to celebrate the retirement of Hill County Precinct 3 Constable, Larry Armstrong. We apologize for any inconvenience.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

As of July 17, 2026 the Hill County Tax Office will no longer process any title transfers after 4:30PM.
This change allows our staff enough time to complete title transactions before the close of business, eliminating the need for routine overtime while continuing to provide accurate and efficient service.
This includes title transfers for: motor vehicles, trailers, vessels, outboard motors, etc.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns feel free to contact our office at 254-582-4000 during our normal business hours of 8AM - 5PM.
