On May 30th, several Fire Departments, Emergency Management and our Hill County CERT came together at the Lake Whitney State Park - Texas Parks & Wildlife for training on Search and Rescue. This training allowed both our CERT Team and local Fire Departments to not only learn something new or refresh skills but learn from one another and learn each others capabilities.

Thank you Whitney and Mount Calm Fire for allowing us to be apart of this training opportunity.

Also special thanks to the Lake Whitney State Park for allowing us access to the grounds and facilities to conduct this training!
