Realism. Intensity. Eye-opening.

Just a few words used to describe our Aggressive Fireground Survival Program that we just finished up for the Nevada Fire Department.

We start by building a baseline of critical firefighter survival and rescue skills—then progressively add stress, complexity, and realism.

It all culminates in several full-scale, full-response, full-speed downed firefighter scenarios designed to force crews to communicate, adapt, solve problems, and perform when things don’t go according to plan.

This isn’t about checking a box. It’s about building firefighters who can perform when the fireground gets ugly.

Next stop: Wichita HOT Conference.
