Dear Volunteers,

First, thank you for volunteering your time to help make our Carnival a success. We truly appreciate your support and commitment to our school community.

Due to current weather conditions, we may need to use our rain date of Tuesday, June 23. A final decision will be announced on Sunday at 12:00 PM.

We understand that a date change may impact your availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to volunteer and hope that you will still be able to participate if the event is moved. If you are unable to volunteer on the rain date, please return to the sign-up link and remove your name from your volunteer slot as soon as possible.

If we move to the rain date, volunteer opportunities will be opened to all families to ensure that we have enough volunteers to make the event a success.

A few reminders:

• This is an outdoor event, so please wear comfortable shoes, apply sunscreen, and stay hydrated.

• Review your volunteer time slot and arrive on time to allow for a smooth check-in and transition.

• A volunteer check-in table will be located near the parking lot where all volunteers must sign in upon arrival.

• All stations will be fully set up and ready to go when you arrive.

Please remain at your assigned station throughout your volunteer shift. Active supervision is essential to keeping the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. Even wonderful kids can get a little out of hand without proper supervision, and your presence helps ensure the event runs smoothly.

Thank you again for your flexibility, support, and willingness to volunteer. We could not make events like this happen without you.
