Kids ages 10 and up MUST register IN PERSON at the desk on this day to receive materials for this project. Participants will create art at home to be returned and displayed in our circulation desk gallery.

Spaces in the gallery are quite limited so registration will fill quickly.

Announcing our "Unearth a Story" Grand Prizes for our Summer Reading Program 2026 here at the Hillsdale Community Library! These were provided by Maynard Family McDonalds. We are so grateful and so excited!

Kids ages 0-4 can win a Duplo set.
Kids ages 5-12 can win a bike or a YOTO player.
Teens ages 13 and up can win a tablet.

And, of course, we have weekly incentives for kids of all ages.

Kids of all ages are welcome to come and build using our LARGE collection of lego bricks. This is a time of free-building with completed creations being displayed in our showcase.

There is no cost, registration, or library card required to attend. Kids ages 9 and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult.
