Neighborhood Watch Hawaii Island

Neighborhood Watch Hawaii Island Neighborhood Watch is an integrated system of both police officers and community members, dedicated to creating safer communites. Time is of the essence!

There is probably one law enforcement officer on patrol for every 1,500 or more residents on our Island. NW members are available 24/7 multiplying the effectiveness of law enforcement. For instance, if a participant witnesses a crime, hears suspicious sounds, or detects unusual smells, these observations can be reported. Law enforcement can then respond and create necessary action. NW members are NOT the strong arm of the law!
