Kanaka-Maoli Kanaka-Hawaii who are survivors of the continuing crime and campaign of GENOCIDE by and thru the human trafficking carried-out by the members of the Hawaii State Bar Association (HSBA) with the Criminal enterprise known as STATE OF HAWAII, USA (SOH) should contact their Hawaiian government to take testimony of your injuries and for providing protective custody for you and you family.

The Hawaiian government is now making special appearance in the so-called SOH judiciary facilities where the members of the HSBA are aiding, abetting and complicit and conspiring in concert with SOH in a coordinate plan of different actions and in this instance the use of its judiciary facilities to carry-out the human trafficking aimed and directed at the destruction of the essential foundations of life belonging to the kanaka people and chiefs of the Hawaiian Islands i.e. ko Hawaii pae aina.

Also bcuz we are accused of not protecting the kuleana rights of kanaka-maoli people of the Hawaiian islands in the United States District Court against Noa, we will be informing all people withing this kingdom to make sure their entry into this kingdom (not SOH) is registered and that if you are on any Alii awards, Crown lands, Government lands or Private kuleana lands, NOTICE is hereby given that you will receive a trespass notice.

We owe an obedience and duty to Iehovah, we are prosecuting people who aid, abet and are complicit in carrying-out this continuing campaign and crime of genocide aimed at the kanaka people and chiefs of the Hawaiian Islands.

On or about July 3, 2023 Noa Kanealii lo Pono I Kelii Ua Mau, kanaka-maoli and Kia Aina Mokupuni Kauai, Aupuni o ko Hawaii Pae Aina filed his Notice of the Expropriation of private "kuleana" properties during a continuing crime and campaign of Genocide informing the United States District Courts of the civil tort damages Noa his ohana and all Kanaka just like Noa is suffering CONCERNING THE EXPROPRIATION OF PRIVATE KULEANA PROPERTIES DURING THE CONTINUING CAMPAIGN AND CRIME OF GENOCIDE OF THE KANAKA MAOLI OF THE KO HAWAII PAE AINA.

Today the number of lawyers from the Defendants STATE OF HAWAII, COUNTY OF KAUAI and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FEDERAL GOVT is over 20 while Noa is unable to find any attorney from this place called STATE OF HAWAII and no attorney will represent Noa or any kanaka-maoli just like him bcuz he is an Hawaiian living in his own country, the Hawaiian Islands.

In fact, Carroll E. Connors (Former Attorney General of Defendant STATE OF HAWAII) reply for her clients, the US President, US State Dept, US Justice Dept, FBI and the individual capacities of Anthony Blinken, Christopher Wray, Robert King, Lloyd Austin etc. is that they have sovereign immunity.

Its as if the US Attorney believes that when it comes to the Defendants UNITED STATES OF AMERICA sovereign immunity gives them the right to genocide the people of the Hawaiian Islands and their property and think that kanaka will just have to live or die with the Defendants acts of violence during the continuing crime and campaign of genocide aimed at the destruction of the fundamental human rights and the essential foundations of life belonging to the people and chiefs of the kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands "Ko Hawaii Pae Aina".
