Mahalo for a busy holiday season!!

With USPS and UPS observing the Christmas holiday on Monday December 26th, 2022 we will be closed, resuming business on Tuesday December 27th, 2022.

Ok so I turned these 3 lb of legumes a chicken and 2 pork hocks into almost 20 quarts of delicious soup. Come get some tomorrow. Chicken matzo ball, indian curry dal with rice and tomatos, red beansa and rice, and split peas with pork hocks. Last photos are the bone marrow roasted in the toaster oven served with lime , brie and toast. 9am to 5 pm bring your own wine or beer.

Red beans and ham hock not smoked not salted. Will be ready for lunch. Working on the split pea and Indian dal.
