We believe in the “whole child” and in providing opportunities for children to express themselves through symbolic languages, music, movement, art knowledge and dance. We value self-sufficiency as expressed by students developing competent decision- making skills

Please visit our free 👕uniform 👕shop located in theHHIECC Central Commons area after your "Meet the Teacher" appointment Wednesday, August 5th. This collection of gently used uniform items was generously donated by our 2026 Kindergarten graduates. It’s a great opportunity to pick up extra uniform items! While supplies last!

Meet our newest staff member!

Name: Deb Vesey (the kids call me Ms. Deb)
Where are you from? I was born and raised in Brazil and have called the United States home for the past 17 years.
Role at HH ECC: Special Education Assistant
Professional Experience: I worked as a Special Education Assistant at Hilton Head Island Elementary School for the past two years. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Special Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, Jacob (12) and Jamie (5). I am also a professional photographer, and I love capturing special moments for families.
What are you looking forward to this year? I am thrilled to be joining the HH ECC team! I love working with Pre-K and Kindergarten students and can't wait to get to know the children and become part of such a wonderful school community.
