Prom night is here!

We want all our Royals and their dates to have an unforgettable night; make memories, take photos, and celebrate safely.

Plan ahead, stick with your friends and look out for each other, and never ride with an impaired driver. A safe ride home is just as important as the night itself.

Have fun, stay safe, and make it a night to remember for all the right reasons. 💙🤍

🚒Tuesday Night Training!👨🏼‍🚒

Yesterday night was a beautiful one for training that’s for sure! Your Hinckley Firefighters spent the night focusing on Engine Company operations, with members reinforcing their skills on hose deployments, flowing water, and hose advancements! Our engineers (drivers) also got time on the pump panel and focused on securing a water supply via drafting, which is utilized when there are no fire hydrants in the area of an emergency and water needs to be shuttled in!

For everyone’s knowledge, an “ALL CLEAR” signal from the tornado siren in town DOES NOT EXIST. It’s just not a thing.

Pay attention to whatever weather app you may have on a mobile device, preferably one that has live Doppler Radar that can pinpoint your location, and check on it frequently during severe weather and use your best judgment.

Be alert! Here’s the latest update from the National Weather Service.
