We wrapped up the school year with a fun and memorable May Junior/Senior 4-H meeting yesterday at Bryant Commons!

Our 4-H’ers enjoyed spending time together playing games, laughing, and celebrating all they’ve accomplished this year. We also took time to talk about summer opportunities and shared ideas for what we’d love to see and do in the upcoming 4-H year.

It’s always great to see our members’ creativity and enthusiasm as they help shape the future of our program!

We hope everyone has a safe and fun summer!

We had an incredible time celebrating at our 2026 Annual District Project Achievement Awards Banquet last Thursday night!

It was a special evening dedicated to recognizing our amazing
4-H’ers who participated in District Project Achievement, along with their families who support them every step of the way. We are so proud of their hard work, growth, and accomplishments.

We also took time to honor our outstanding volunteers; your dedication and commitment truly make our program possible.

The night included a special video message from our former Liberty County 4-H agent and current National Association of Extension
4-H Youth Development Program President, Kasey Bozeman, which made the evening even more memorable. Our talented 4-H’ers served as MCs and showcased their skills with wonderful performances from those who performed in the performing arts category at DPA.

We were also thrilled to award five 4-H’ers with summer camp scholarships!

A heartfelt thank you to our Board of Commissioners members for attending and for your continued support of Liberty County 4-H and our youth. We also appreciate our Liberty County Administrator and Assistant Administrator for joining us and for your ongoing encouragement of our program.

Thank you to Sho Nuff Smokin' GOOD BBQ for the delicious dinner that everyone enjoyed and MeMe's Cakes for the amazing cupcakes!

A very special thank you to Mrs. Gypsy Tart, our 4-H Educator, for the tireless energy, passion, and care you pour into our 4-H’ers each and every day. Your impact is immeasurable.

And most importantly, thank you to our parents. Your support is the foundation of everything we do. We are so grateful that you share your incredible young people with us.

Here’s to another year of growth, leadership, and success in Liberty County 4-H!
