Established in 1995, Summers County Emergency Medical Services is a privately held corporation providing Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulance Services through an agreement established with the Summers County Commission. Our mission is to provide the sick and injured of our community with compassion and a caring environment that we can only gain through

education and experience. Our role within our community is to promote growth and help in the prevention of accidents and illness. Our vision is to have state of the art medical care available to every citizen and in our community. Summers County Emergency Medical Services provides Advanced Emergency Medical Services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with seven ambulances and one multi-passenger van. Summers County Emergency Services employs over twenty EMTs, paramedics, nurses and support staff.
