GreyStone Power Corporation (GSP) is a member-owned electric cooperative dedicated to providing our members with the best electric service at the lowest possible rates while serving more than 127,000 residential, commercial and industrial members throughout eight counties west of Atlanta (Bartow, Carroll, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton and Paulding). We encourage member comments to GSP posts with a few ground rules in an effort to keep the conversation productive while remaining in the cooperative spirit.
1. Facebook is not monitored 24/7, so a response may not be immediate. The page is monitored continuously weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. During a major storm event, periodic updates will be posted.
2. Please DO NOT report electric power outages on this page. Tickets will need to be properly generated for specific locations in order to dispatch crews promptly. All outages should be reported either by calling 1-866-GREYSTONE (473-9786), online at greystonepower.com, by using the GreyStone app, or by texting OUT to 81492. For those members not yet taking advantage of text alerts, send ENROLL to 81492 to sign up. Message and data rates may apply.
3. If you have a member service related issue with your account, our staff will be available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You may also contact them at your convenience at [email protected].
4. For your safety, please do not post your account number, physical address, or any other confidential information on this page. If you wish to alert members about an outage area, please keep the location very general.
