Big news from the LCCA family!

Our Executive Director welcomed his sweet new baby girl into the world.

That's why things have been quiet on our page lately, but don't worry, behind the scenes, LCCA has been as busy as ever. We've got amazing classes, workshops, and events in the works, and we can't wait to share the details with you very soon.

In the meantime, come see us tomorrow! Join LCCA and many other nonprofits at the Shipp Street Plaza for Family Fun Zone, part of Hobbs August Nites, from 10am to 4pm. We'll have an art wall set up where you're invited to draw right on it... Yes, really! No rules (well, some rules), just creativity.

Bring the whole family and come make some art with us. What will you draw on our wall? Don't miss it!

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing CASA staff! Between fair set up, working the booth, tear down, visiting schools, and working the Health Fair…these ladies have been going nonstop!
Coming in as the new Executive Director, I couldn’t have asked for a better group.
They are truly a well-oiled machine, and from day one they have done everything they can to welcome me, answer my million questions, help me learn the ropes, and keep me pointed in the right direction. 😂

It’s been busy, hot, exhausting, and a little crazy, but they just keep showing up and getting it done.

I appreciate our CASA staff more than they know! Thank you for working hard, rolling with the crazy, and for making this transition so much easier with your support, patience, and willingness to help. ❤️

And somehow…August isn’t over yet! 😂
