Join us Saturday, July 4 at Creekfront Park for an evening full of food, fun, music, fireworks, and community as we celebrate 250 years of freedom!

Traffic Advisory: Bridge Work Begins Next Week on KY 210 in Hodgenville/LaRue County

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (May 14, 2026) – Traffic will be impacted as work begins next week on a partial bridge replacement project in LaRue County. The westbound side of the KY 210 bridge (North Lincoln Blvd) over North Fork Nolin River on the northern side of Hodgenville will be closed beginning Monday, May 18th with the setting of barrier wall. Traffic heading toward Elizabethtown will follow a marked detour via KY 61 (Lincoln Pkwy). Eastbound KY 210 traffic coming into Hodgenville should slow down, pay close attention to signs and anticipate work zone activities.

Demolition work will take approximately three weeks, followed by construction through this summer. Concrete pouring is expected to take place in September. The westbound lane is expected to be open for traffic by the first weekend in October.

The bridge project was awarded last October to Jave, LLC in the amount of $1.465 million.
