Our students earned their 9-weeks PBIS reward, and we celebrated in a big way with a schoolwide basketball game! 🏀✨

Selected 5th grade students hit the court while the rest of the school filled the gym with energy and excitement. Students cheered them on with glow sticks, started the wave, and enjoyed popcorn while watching the action. 🌟🍿

The gym was full of laughter, school spirit, and encouragement for our players. It was a fun way to celebrate all the great choices our students have been making. Everyone truly had a ball! 🎉

A special thank you to our volunteers for filling popcorn cups for our staff and students!

✈️ Learning took flight in 5th grade this week!

Ms. Clark’s students explored prepositions and prepositional phrases in a fun, hands-on way. After making paper airplanes, they launched them across the classroom and then used prepositions to describe exactly where their airplanes landed.

Planes landed under the table, next to the bookshelf, behind the chair, and in front of the whiteboard! Students practiced turning those into full prepositional phrases while having a blast.

Who knew grammar could really take off like that? ✈️

✨ What a magical day at school! ✨

Today our students were amazed and entertained during a special assembly featuring Dinky Gowen Magic. From mind-blowing tricks to laugh-out-loud moments, the magic show kept everyone engaged and on the edge of their seats.

The students had an incredible time watching the illusions, participating in the fun, and trying to figure out “how did he do that?!” It was the perfect way to bring some excitement and wonder into our school day.

Thank you to Dinky Gowen Magic for a fantastic show that our students will be talking about for a long time! 🎩🪄
