Yesterday evening our members attended an advanced heavy rescue drill at the Suffolk County Fire Academy. Members drilled on a unique situation, a truck inverted stuck under the rear of a school bus. Drills like these require our members to think outside the box. Want to become part of our team? Go to holbrookfd.org to learn more.

It is with deep regret that the Chiefs Office announces that Department Ex-Chief and 61 year life member Manuel Dieppa has answered his last alarm. Chief Dieppa was Chief of Department in 1973 and 74. During his time as Chief, Manny made it a priority to actively reach out to the community in order to add new members to ranks and purchase additional apparatus, which both led to the opening of the two additional stations in October of 1973, thus transforming the Holbrook Fire Department forever. For his contributions to the Department, he will be truly missed.

Services will held this Saturday 2/28 from 3pm-5pm at the Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
