Westbound I-40 has reopened near Crestview Road in Holbrook.

The westbound lanes of Interstate 40 are closed near Crestview Road in Holbrook. The closure is due to a crash.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. There is no estimated time to reopen the westbound lanes.

It may not be a Red Flag Warning,  but we are still in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions!!!  Stay vigilant friends!

Another windy and dry day will result in red flag conditions across much of northern Arizona today. Any fires that start will have the potential to rapidly spread. Avoid burning or any outside activity that could produce sparks. Follow all fire restrictions in your area.

Heat is the #1 weather killer in the US. 🌡️ During the monsoon, triple digit heat is common across the Southwest.
Stay hydrated, seek shade, and NEVER leave children or pets in a hot car. Check on your neighbors and limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day.
