Thank you!!

This past November, IES Nebraska channeled their collaborative spirit into a different kind of project: a food drive! Just in time for the holiday season, their teams across Holdrege and Norfolk collected a substantial amount of food to be distributed at the Phelps Community Pantry and the Norfolk Food Pantry.

With rising pressures on food banks to step in the gap for families in need, this support is more critical than ever. To further amplify impact, IES Nebraska contributed an additional $2,000— a direct investment into food scarce regions because at IES, the only thing more important than POWERing projects, is POWERing community!

Help Fill the Casket: A Scare for a Share!

​We love giving you a good scare, but we also love supporting our community!! This weekend Grey's Twisted Manor is hosting a food drive to benefit the Phelps Community Pantry
​Our Goal? To completely fill a casket with non-perishable goods!!
​Before you brave the terrors of the Manor, bring a canned good, boxed food, or any non-perishable item to donate. Every donation helps a family put food on the table this season.
​What to bring: Canned veggies, boxed stuffing, canned cranberry sauce, jars of gravy, pasta, soup, cereal, mac & cheese, toiletries etc. Help make the holiday season a little brighter for our local families..
​Where to drop off: Ticket Booth—look for the ominous casket!!
Grey's Twisted Manor will also be donating 10% of our proceeds to help the families!!

THANK YOU Family Fare!!
SpartanNash Foundation Board of Trustees are aligned to continue the "round up at the register" fundraiser at Family Fare through end of day Wednesday, Nov. 27. This is being done to ensure we finish our mission and not only meet but exceed our goal in helping our food partners throughout the areas we serve.

Last month saw the highest number of folks served in our area than ever before and the need is definitely there, so thanks🙂
