🐾 Welcome to the Vanderbilt Charter Academy family, Jasper! 💙
We are so excited to welcome Jasper, a 1-year-old Goldendoodle, as our new facility dog! Through Priority Health’s Priority Pups program, in partnership with Canines for Change and Grand Valley State University’s Division of K-12 Education Innovation and Scholar Success, Jasper is bringing an extra layer of support, comfort, and connection to our students and staff.
Jasper’s calm and friendly presence can help students manage big emotions, reduce stress, and feel more comfortable at school. He also brings joy to our staff and helps create a positive, caring school culture. 🐶❤️
As Principal Jeff Groggel shared, “It’s hard to have a rough morning when you see a dog!”
We are grateful for this wonderful partnership and the opportunity to have Jasper supporting the Vanderbilt community. We know he will make a PAW-sitive difference every day! 🐾✨
