- the community is asking for a marketplace and the Village of Holland is delivering. They've added it to their already very popular (free) Movie Night on July 24th!! 🚧 ROAD CLOSURE 🚧
The Nebraska Avenue & King Road roundabout will undergo its first full resurfacing since opening in 2009.

📅 WHEN:
June 15–19
9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. daily
Weather permitting

🚧 WHAT TO EXPECT:
The roundabout will be closed during working hours each day while crews complete the resurfacing. Drivers should plan alternate routes such as Dorr and Hill for E/W and expect delays in the area.

ℹ️ WHY:
The asphalt is showing typical wear and it is time for a full resurfacing to replace the aging roadway.

Join the Springfield Township Trustees, generous sponsors and community members as the daylong celebration of our nation kicks off on June 27th at Homecoming Park (7807 Angola Road). Gather starting at 8:30; festivities begin at 8:40 am (followed by the Firecracker 5K Run/Walk at 9). We have wonderful plans to start and end this special day with a bang!!!

The support and additional assistance offered for specialized firefighter/EMS training is invaluable!

We are just about four weeks away from the 21st Annual Freedom Celebration! With the exception of registration for the Firecracker 5 K (runsignup.com) admission and parking are FREE. Check out the line up and help us thank the Springfield Township Trustees and the almost 60 generous sponsors who make Summer Series 2026 and the next four events (two more before the Series wraps-up in August) on June 27th possible!!

Springfield Township's Trustees Thomas Anderson, Jr., Rachel Geiger, and Bob Klumm joined Fiscal Officer Brenna Koback and Administrator Andy Glenn in welcoming American Crafted Furniture to Springfield Township!! What a wonderful day for a ribbon cutting!! They are located next to Sauder Furniture on Airport Highway across from Spring Meadows Shopping Center.
