If you would like to come by the office and pre-register for the Resale auction bring your photo ID and you may pre-register during regular business hours. This will help speed up the process on the day of the Resale. Signs will be going up soon.
REMEMBER: NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO REMOVE A RESALE SIGN EXCEPT THE TREASURER OFFICIALS.
REMOVE A SIGN UNDER PENALTY OF LAW!!!!

A few things to know before bidding on a Resale property ...
1. This year all bidders are required to show photo ID.
2. Your own Real and Personal Property taxes MUST be paid in full or you will not be allowed to bid on any properties.
3. Be at the Treasurer office by 8 am the day of bidding (June 8th ) in order to register and get a bid number.
4. Make sure you know which property you are bidding on. There will be no refunds.
5. Owners may pay the delinquent taxes up to the start of the auction. Once the auction begins the owner / owners or any person having a legal or equitable interest in said property (SS 68 3113) will not be allowed to pay to pull their property from the sell.
6. CASH ONLY - no checks no cards ... so be prepared
7. All properties are sold AS IS.
