Today at 10am with our local library 📚❤️

Join us today @ 10am to take charge of your Heart Health! ❤️

Join the San Benito County Free Library in partnership with the Benito County Behavioral Health for a series of Blood Pressure Workshops designed to help you better understand, monitor, and manage your health.

📅 Starting April 16th, we are excited to introduce a new resource to our community:
Blood Pressure Monitors available for checkout through our library catalog!
Patrons will be able to borrow these devices just like a book—making it easier than ever to track your health from home.

This program is made possible through the American Heart Association’s Libraries with Heart initiative, which is generously providing the blood pressure monitors, educational programming materials, and free health-related giveaways for our community.

At each workshop, you’ll gain helpful information about blood pressure, learn practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and receive free resources to support your wellness journey.

✨ Whether you're looking to learn more, stay on track, or support a loved one, these workshops are a great step toward a healthier community.

All are welcome—come learn, connect, and take control of your health!

Our community meetings are today at 11am (English) and 12pm (Spanish) via Zoom ✨
