Attention Holliston Democrats!

If you would like to run for a seat on the Holliston Democratic Town Committee (HDTC), now is the time!

The HDTC is the local arm of our state party. We are charged with helping Democrats get elected up and down the ballot. We also participate in civic activities and hold community events.

To run, you must have been a registered voter in our town and enrolled in the Democratic party since at least Wednesday, August 23, 2023. You must not have been enrolled in a different party within the last year.

We will help you join the slate of HDTC nominees, get the required number of signatures, and submit our slate to the proper election authorities. If you meet the criteria above and want to join our dedicated, vibrant organization, please visit our website to connect with Chair Cynthia Burrow.

Volunteer to support James Arena-DeRosa at the rescheduled Celebrate Holliston Event!

Because the event was originally on the same day as the State Convention, we do not have a table this year. However, James needs support staffing his table. It's super-easy and fun thing to do. Just hang out, chat with folks about our good work, and share literature with them. The Holliston Democratic Town Committee (HDTC) is holding a Town Caucus to select delegates to attend the 2023 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention. The Holliston caucus will convene at 10:30 AM, Saturday, June 24, at Holliston Town Hall. Registration will open at 10:00 AM. The caucus will begin at 10:30 AM. The caucus doors will close at 10:45 AM. Everyone waiting in line to register at 10:45 AM will be admitted to the caucus. Anyone admitted after 10:45 AM will be designated as a guest and will not be able to run for delegate or to vote.

The caucus is open to the public and press, but only Holliston's registered and pre-registered Democrats are eligible to participate. Democrats will vote to elect 10 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Holliston at the state convention on September 23 in Lowell. Please check your voter registration status and update if needed prior to the caucus here: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/OVR/. Hello fellow Democrats! Holliston Democratic Town Committee will be meeting this Saturday, April 8, at 10 a.m at Holliston Town Hall. The meeting, as always, is open to the public. Please join us.

We will be re-organizing and electing new officers for two-year terms. This will take us right into the heart of the 2024 elections! Lots of work to do to make sure Dems continue their winning streak throughout the country.
