Doherty’s Irish Pub is a locally owned and independently operated restaurant built on the belief that great food and genuine hospitality never go out of style. What began as a small neighborhood pub has grown into a small family of restaurants focused on quality, community, and comfort.

With Irish heritage at its roots and a chef-driven kitchen led by Chef Scott Rees, Doherty’s offers scratch-made dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and service that feels personal. Reminder: HollyFest Business Expo Registration is Open!

Every year, the Town of Holly Springs hosts HollyFest, one of the community's most anticipated annual events, bringing together thousands of residents for a day of family-friendly fun, entertainment, food, and local pride.

As part of this beloved Town event, the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce coordinates the HollyFest Business Expo, giving local businesses the opportunity to connect directly with attendees, showcase their products and services, and build valuable relationships within our community.

A bottle can make a difference.

Grapes, Grains, & Giving is coming up on October 2, and this year the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce has set a goal of raising $25,000 for the Holly Springs Food Cupboard.

The impact of that support stays right here in our community. In 2025 alone, the Holly Springs Food Cupboard served 1,522 families through nearly 6,800 household visits and distributed more than 7,200 student bags filled with kid-friendly food and snacks. Even more remarkable, the organization is powered by a 100% volunteer staff.

Now, we’re asking our local business community to help us make this year’s event a success in a very simple way.

We are seeking donations of:

• Bottles of bourbon valued at $30 or more for our popular Bourbon Pull
• Bottles of w**e valued at $30 or more for our W**e Toss

The Bourbon Pull has become a favorite part of Grapes, Grains, & Giving. Guests purchase an opportunity to draw a number, which corresponds to a mystery bag containing a bottle of bourbon valued anywhere from approximately $30 to $300. You never know what you’ll take home!

And you do NOT have to be an event sponsor to contribute.

Whether you are a large company, a small business, a solo entrepreneur, or simply a Chamber member who wants to help, you can purchase a bottle and donate it to the event. It is an easy, approachable way to be part of our fundraising effort without committing to a full sponsorship.

Every bottle donated helps us create a stronger event, raise more money, and move closer to our $25,000 goal for the Holly Springs Food Cupboard.

When you walk through Holly Springs, you feel it… that genuine, welcoming warmth that makes our community feel like home. It’s in the morning smile from your favorite local barista, the business owner who remembers your name, and the unique shops that give our town its heart.

Behind those friendly storefronts, our small business owners are facing unprecedented headwinds. Commercial rent across Holly Springs has hit historic highs, driven by an extremely tight supply of available commercial space. For many of our local businesses owners and service providers, keeping the doors open has become a daily balancing act.

Raising prices is the last thing any small business owner wants to do. They agonizingly delay it, absorbing rising costs themselves for as long as humanly possible because they genuinely care about you, their neighbors. Now serving as Executive Assistant to Tonya Palumbo at the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce, Jodi is passionate about helping businesses and the people behind them succeed.

Throughout her career, Jodi has worked across highly regulated industries that include banking, investments, insurance, accounting, and healthcare, where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. At the heart of every role has been the same purpose; helping people find the information they need, navigate a process, solve a problem, or connect with the right people.

Join us at Local Time Brewing on Thursday, September 10, for an evening of casual networking sponsored by the Holly Springs Rotary Club.

Business After Hours is an easy place to start if you have been meaning to get more involved. There is no program to sit through and nothing to prepare. Come as you are, meet a few people, and leave with a handful of new connections in the local business community.
