We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic loss of Officer Joshua Briese from the Gila River Police Department. Officer Briese was a cherished member of our extended law enforcement family, having trained alongside our officers.

Our hearts ache for the loved ones, friends, and colleagues of Officer Briese during this difficult time. His selfless contributions to public safety serve as a testament to his character and the values he upheld as a law enforcement officer. We stand in solidarity with you during this time of mourning and offer our deepest condolences.

Officer Briese's service and sacrifice will forever be remembered and honored. Rest in peace, hero.
