🚒🎄🔥 Holt Fire Holiday Notice 🔥🎄
Good news: the gingerbread house fire is under control.
Bad news: the marshmallows didn’t make it.
Please remember — candles, space heaters, and cooking don’t take holidays off. Stay warm… not “call the fire department” warm 😉
Merry Christmas from Holt Fire

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT CHALLENGE ACCEPTED
There’s a little friendly competition going around the metro to see which Fire & EMS crew has the most Christmas spirit, and our friends at Kearney Fire & Rescue Protection District tagged us!
Sorry for the delay… we were a little busy driving Santa through town today!
Holt Fire is proud to serve this community year-round, and we’re always up for spreading a little extra holiday cheer—especially when it involves lights, sirens, and smiles from the kids along the road
Now it’s your turn…
👀 Lawson Fire & Rescue Protection District.
👀 Lathrop Fire Protection District
You up for the challenge? Let’s see that Christmas spirit!

🎅🚒 Calling All Holt Neighbors! 🚑🎄
Did you happen to snap a photo of Santa riding through town with our crews? We’d love to see them!
If you caught Santa cruising the country roads, waving from the fire truck, or making a special stop along the way, please share your photos in the comments or tag Holt Community Fire Protection District. These moments mean a lot to us and help capture the Christmas spirit that makes this community so special.
Thanks for letting us be part of your holiday tradition. Merry Christmas, Holt! ❤️🎄

🎅🚒 Santa Route Update! 🚒🎅
We’re still on track to drive Santa through town, and we’ve got a couple special stops planned!
📍 Lake Arrowhead Community Center — around 1:00 PM
📍 Back at the Fire Station — around 2:00 PM
At both stops, Santa will be hopping out for pictures, so bring the kids, bring the cameras, and bring the Christmas cheer!
We can’t wait to see y’all this Sunday—come out, wave, and help us make some memories!

🔥 THANK YOU, HOLT COMMUNITY! 🔥
Because of your support, this mission made a real impact. What you’re seeing here is the result of a community that steps up, gives back, and takes care of its own.
This was our biggest year yet, and none of it happens without the incredible people who rally behind Holt Fire and the causes we’re proud to support. Seeing these moments reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
Thank you to everyone who played a part — whether through support, donations, or simply showing up. We’re grateful beyond words and already excited to see what 2026 has in store.
Holt is special because of you.

🎅🚒 BREAKING NEWS: Santa Hijacks a Fire Truck 🚒🎅
That’s right, Holt… Santa is back and apparently his sleigh is in the shop again 😅 So he’s borrowing a Holt Fire truck to cruise through town!
📅 This Sunday, December 21
⏰ Noon SHARP (Santa does not wait)
📍 He’ll be rolling out of the fire station and following the route below
Bring the kids, bring the dogs, bring your best wave 👋 Santa will be watching (he always is). If you hear sirens and see a very jolly guy in red, don’t worry—it’s not an emergency, it’s Christmas 🎄
Come outside, make some noise, and help us show Santa that Holt is still on the nice list 😉🎁

Yesterday we got to do something truly special.
Thank you to everyone who supported, shared, or attended the Silent Auction and Spaghetti Dinner. Because of your generosity, we were able to present a check to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Foundation — funds that will go directly toward supporting 30 kids this Christmas through the Shop with a Hero program.
If you know a family in Clinton County who could benefit from this year’s program, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we can help make this Christmas a little brighter for those who need it most.
Clinton County Missouri Sheriff's Office
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Holt Fire Protection District for their partnership. A few weeks ago we partnered with them for their spaghetti dinner. They raised $6,000.00 for Shop With A Hero! Our partnerships are the strongest they’ve been in years! Thank you Holt Fire!

Thank you to Sheriff Carrel for highlighting this during our recent training. The partnership with our neighboring departments goes far beyond fighting fires — it’s about serving our community together.
We’re proud to work alongside so many dedicated agencies who share the same commitment to protecting and supporting our communities.

Today, members of the Sheriff’s Office, Holt Community Fire Protection District, Gower Fire Protection District, Plattsburg Fire Protection District, and Lathrop Fire Protection District, were able to help a local young man and deliver some much needed love!
We were made aware of a young man who needed some assistance. While at the County wide fire training we raised several hundred dollars during lunch. Went and bought this young man some clothes, shoes, and other necessities.
It takes a village sometimes and that’s what we do said, Sheriff Carrel! It’s an amazing feeling to have the working partnerships we have here in Clinton County!
Thank you to all our first responders who made this young man’s day!

Wow… what an incredible night! ❤️
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say a HUGE thank you to our amazing community, every volunteer, donor, and everyone who came out to support the Silent Auction and Spaghetti Dinner.
Because of your generosity, we are thrilled to announce that we will be able to sponsor 30 kids this Christmas for Shop With a Hero! 🎁🚒
Every bid, every plate of spaghetti, every moment of support made a difference — and it truly showed how strong our community is when we come together for a great cause.
To our volunteers who spent countless hours preparing, setting up, serving, and cleaning — you are the heartbeat of this event. To our local businesses and families who donated items — your kindness is what makes nights like this possible. And to everyone who showed up, laughed, ate, and donated — you helped make Christmas a little brighter for a lot of deserving kids.
From all of us at the Holt Fire Department, thank you for believing in what we do and helping us continue to make a difference. ❤️🔥
Until next year — stay safe, stay kind, and thank you again for helping make this community something truly special.
