Another great event with Troop 532, Holt FL. Some of our boys went over to Vernon Florida to canoe Cypress springs. We are thankful to have great leaders to continue to provide fun and learning events for our boy scouts. Come Scout with us!!

BSA Troop 532 had yet another amazing opportunity for their scouts. This past Saturday, 10 July, scouts gathered at the James Family Farm to spin honey. These young scouts spun 16.5 gallons of spring honey. Not only were they creating memories and having new experiences, some were conquering their fears of bees!! What a wonderful day! Our fun doesn't stop with summer camp, tonight we met up at the BAYA park and did some mapping, gps reading and geocaching tonight. Looking for some fun for your child, Troop 532 might be just right for your family.

Troop 532 of Holt, FL does Boxwell TN Summer Camp!!! This group of scouts worked hard to put in service hours and fund raisers to raise money for this years summer camp. They had a great time working towards and earning merit badges as well as some fun skills to use later!!

Scouts! Get on the Air.

Come out on Saturday the 26th, to 1060 W Hwy 90 in Holt, Fl if you are in town, with your SM or parents.

Work on your Radio, Emergency, Preparedness, Electronics, and other MBs and Cub Adventures. Scouts bring your Blue cards with you.

Local Amateur Radio Operators will be working 24 hour contacts around the country and worlds using battery and generator power to ensure that our community has emergency communications in times of storms and other disasters.

This meets a number of merit badge requirements. The Radio Merit Badge will be taught August 7th at Merit Badge University at the Okalooosa County Emergency Operations Center.
