Good afternoon, Holt Junior High learning community. Happy Tuesday!

Families, we've sent out an email on behalf of our building requesting your support for the ongoing student-initiated spirit week. Please know we appreciate the energy and excitement that the students have brought into the building, but unfortunately, there has been some unintended harm too, which is why we're asking for your support to ensure that our next days for the '25-26 school year continue as smoothly as possible.

Congratulations to these Holt Junior High School students for being recognized in the America & Me Essay Contest!

Max earned 1st place for his outstanding essay about why his father is his personal hero. Dina earned 2nd place, and Preston took 3rd place. What a great accomplishment for all three students!

A special thank you to Mr. Seelhoff, Mr. Hahnenberg, and Mr. Knighten for helping coordinate this opportunity for students to participate in Farm Bureau’s 57th annual America & Me Essay Contest.

It’s always great to see young people using their voices, sharing meaningful stories, and representing Holt Junior High so well. Congratulations again to Max, Dina, and Preston!

This Friday our 8th grade students closed out a day of celebration at their Farewell Dance 🪩 🎶 💿

The 2000’s theme brought both this generation and some of the 2000’s graduates back to “their time.”

Thank you to the amazing team at the Junior High that helped out this event on, and to our community that helped to support.

Good morning, Holt Junior High learning community. Happy Saturday!

Yesterday we had an amazing time celebrating some of our outstanding 7th graders during our Semester 2 Reward Trip! 🎉

These students earned the opportunity to attend by consistently demonstrating our school’s core values throughout the semester. Their positive attitudes, responsible choices, kindness, and commitment to doing their best have not gone unnoticed.

As part of the celebration, we enjoyed watching The Super Mario Bros. Movie at Celebration Cinema, and it was a fun-filled day for everyone!

We are incredibly proud of these students and the example they set for others each day. Thank you to our families for your continued support in helping our students grow into respectful, responsible, and caring young people.

Congratulations to all of our Semester 2 reward trip participants, you’ve earned it! 🍄⭐🎬
