This past weekend, three of our firefighters participated in the Advanced Pump Operator Training. This valuable training enhances their skills and strengthens our department’s ability to provide high-quality training, helping keep our communities safer.

A big thank you to instructors Danny, Rob, and Steven, as well as Muskegon Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 370, for hosting this outstanding training opportunity. We appreciate your dedication to the fire service and to advancing firefighter education!

I guess we can call it “ a reverse water rescue !” A few of our firefighters were out this evening and “rescued “7 fish that were stranded in the road and returned them to the river!
