I am honored to once again seek the opportunity to serve North Kona on the Hawaiʻi County Council, and I have officially filed to run for re election.

Mahalo nui loa to our community for your trust, encouragement, and partnership over these past three terms. Together, we have advanced meaningful legislation that expands housing opportunities, strengthens community programs, and improves the infrastructure and services our families rely on every day.

What I value most is the chance to talk story with residents across our island and to hear your manaʻo on how we can better serve our island. Your voices guide this work, and my Council office is always here for you. Please reach out at any time to share your thoughts, concerns, or ideas.

With humility and deep gratitude, I ask for your continued support and the privilege of continuing this work on behalf of our community.

As a Councilmember, I’ve had the privilege of serving the community in a variety of ways. However, when I think of essential government functions, I think of our first responders who help to keep our community safe and healthy. I’m grateful for the endorsement of our firefighters union and look forward to continuing to support our first responders when I am re-elected. 🔥🚒👩‍🚒

Sending my mahalo to our County’s United Public Workers who have pledged their support for my re-election. UPW was founded in 1944 and ensures better wages, hours, and working conditions for its employees. I look forward to continuing collaboration with UPW to ensure a living wage and a safe and healthy work environment.
