Something new is coming to a vacant block in Holyoke. 🏡

Building on our recent progress in South Holyoke, the Holyoke Housing Authority is excited to announce Churchill Crossing, our next multi-year effort to transform the vacant block bounded by Chestnut, Elm, Cabot, and Hampshire Streets, the former site of Perpetual Help Church and School.

We've hired Utile, a design and planning firm, to lead a community planning process to reimagine the site. If you live nearby, your ideas and experience will help shape what Churchill Crossing becomes.
