BELL ROAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: 4/30/26

151st Street to Martingale Lane
DETOUR NOTICE - Traffic will be shifted into Stage 1 this Friday, May 1st. Two way traffic will be established on the east side of Bell Road. Founders Crossing will be closed during this phase of Stage 1, access will still be maintained through Martingale Lane. Signage and changeable message boards will be erected to assist with traffic flow.
PROGRESS UPDATE - Pre-stage storm sewer and temporary paving operations are ongoing. Traffic shift into Stage 1 scheduled for 5/1/2026.

TRAFFIC CONTROL - Construction staging and explanations of new traffic patterns can be found below:

Stage 1
During Stage 1, two way traffic will be established along the east side of Bell Road with a combination of existing and temporary pavement. Road closures will be alternated at the Founders Crossing and Martingale Road intersections to maintain access. Work to be completed in Stage 1 includes:
- Removal of existing pavement along the west side of Bell Road within the work zone.
- Grading and earthwork for the new road alignment and profile.
- Storm sewer installation.
- Retaining wall installation.
- Curb and gutter.
- Sidewalk installation.
- Binder course/asphalt paving for final widening.
