• CU-26-09 An application has been submitted by Clark and Summer Schwartz for a Conditional Use on the property identified as B67E 019, a 2.07-acre parcel located at 149 Buckeye Pt. to operate a home occupation in an R1 zone. The proposed business is computer design and online sales.
• CU-26-10 An application has been submitted by Beth Nicole Bishop for a Conditional Use on the property identified as B15 022D, a 30.64-acre parcel located at 939 Louden Ridge Rd. to operate a home occupation from an accessory structure. The proposed business is a small flower farm.
• CU-26-11 An application has been submitted by Maira and Chris Burton for a Conditional Use on the property identified as B65F 011, a 1.47-acre parcel located at 228 Oakwood Dr. to operate a home occupation in an R1 zone. The proposed business is a home office for a landscaping operation.
• CU-26-12 An application has been submitted by Doug Brouillard of Selit NA, Inc. for a Conditional Use on the property identified as B54 047B, a 30.97-acre parcel located at 112 Selit Dr. for an outdoor storage yard.
• Z-26-04 An application has been submitted by Terry Rylee to Rezone the property identified as B19 005, a 1.5-acre parcel located at 899 Henderson from C2- General Commercial to ARR- Agricultural, Rural, Residential to be combined with the adjacent residential property.

CU-26-05 An application has been submitted by Banks County Commissioners for a Conditional Use on the property identified as B54A079, a 318.04-acre parcel located on E Ridgeway Rd. for the continued use of a racetrack.

Be advised: Applications CU-26-02, CU-26-03, and CU-26-04 have been rescheduled for the March meetings and will not be heard in February.

ATTENTION: SHORT-TERM RENTALS (AIR B&B, VRBO):
Banks County has adopted a new ordinance for Short-Term Rentals. If you are currently operating a Short-Term Rental in Banks County, you must register with the county and apply for a license prior to September 1st, 2024 to continue operating. After September 1st, any existing STR that is found to be non-compliant will be fined for each day of continued operation. Licenses are renewed annually and the yearly fee is $150.
