My printer jammed while doing the billing cards. We finally have it fixed and bills will go out frist thing in the morning! Im so sorry for the inconvenience but I will wave all penalty fees for the inconvenience and them being sent out 4 days late! I got the ok from the board last week to go ahead with taking card payments! Im now in the process of setting it up! As soon as we are completed with set up I will put that message on our Billing Cards. It is a trial run at this point, but I think this will be extremely beneficial. Good afternoon Western Rush County, we have been receiving calls about our customers not receiving their bills, I am not sure what is holding them up or why they are not being delivered. We are a monthly flat fee charge only, so you can pay your normal billing amount w/o penalties this month. If you have any questions or concerns please give the office a call 765-663-5871 option 1

I just want to update our customers, our internet has been down for almost 3 weeks! We have been working extremely hard trying to get this HUGE issue fixed! That being said, a tech is supposed to be at the plant to get us running again tomorrow Tuesday June 2nd, but we have made the decision to go with a different company, So an update/change over should be done by June 12th. If you have any questions or need maintenance/emergency assistance call these numbers in the mean time.

I put forth the information at the May 20th, 2026 meeting about us getting a card reader. I will know within the month the Boards decision on this matter but, it seems to be mostly agreed upon! At first it will be a trial run, I will be able to take payment over the phone or you may come in and swipe your payment yourself. Automatic payments will come later on if everything goes well at the start. I will keep everyone updated here and send out letters if agreed upon! Thank you all for your patience with this matter and I hope we can get this going for you all very soon! If you have any questions in the meantime just give the office a call and press 1, I'll answer what I can at the moment!
