Join Fresh Start at our kick-off and ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, July 23, 2012 @ 11:30 a.m. of our Diabetes Outreach and Education Program. Fresh Start was funded $200,000 from Florida Department of Health-Closing the Gap Grant Program to lead what is called the Healthy Reach South Dade Diabetes Collaborative. United Health Care co-sponsors Fresh Start and Ebenezer Community Church's annual TG Feeding. 15 of Homestead Hospital employees will volunteer at this event. More than 1,000 home-cooked hot meals will be served on Saturday, November 19th from 10:00 - 2:00 p.m. Please consider joining us!!
