We’re excited to recognize West Row, El Barrio, and Paramount as the recipients of the Homewood Beautification Board’s Quarterly Beautification Award!

The transformation of the former Econo Lodge property has brought new energy and life to West Homewood, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination with residential spaces, local restaurants, thoughtful landscaping, and welcoming places to gather, connect, and enjoy.

This project is a wonderful example of how thoughtful development can enhance the character and vibrancy of our community. Congratulations to West Row, El Barrio, and Paramount on this well-deserved recognition!

A great day at Samford University! We loved gathering for our August luncheon, hearing from Head Football Coach John Grass and connecting with so many members of our community.

Samford Football kickoff is just 10 days away, so what better way to get in the football spirit than hearing from Coach John Grass?!

Our August Membership Luncheon, presented by Samford University, was a great one! Thank you to Samford for hosting us in their new recreation complex and to Samford Dining for an incredible lunch. We loved hearing from Head Football Coach John Grass, who inspired us with how his program is about so much more than football—building character, developing leaders, and creating a culture centered on teamwork, discipline, and community.

We also enjoyed connecting with Robert E. Reed GI Cancer Research Foundation at their marketing booth and learning more about their upcoming events and their work to raise awareness and understanding of all gastrointestinal cancers.

A special thank you to Stone Hollow Farmstead for donating a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our door prize! Congratulations to Amanda with OurHome on winning!

We were also excited to have Alliance Publishing Group join us to officially launch our 2026 Homewood Magazine! We’re thrilled to share this year’s edition, highlighting the businesses, people, events, and community that make Homewood such a special place to live, work, and visit.
