This Father’s Day, South Suburban PADS wants to honor the fathers in our shelter and housing programs who continue to show strength, resilience, and love for their families during difficult times.

We are asking our community to help us celebrate them with donations such as:

💚 Remember Tasha? (pseudonym)

Last Giving Tuesday, we introduced you to Tasha. Today we have an update.

Tasha is enrolled in school taking computer classes. She is learning Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 10. She told us: 'I have been attending church and staying positive. I am so grateful for SSPADS and the staff. I've felt so much compassion and love.'

Hello Community,

As we continue helping more individuals move into housing through our Wellness Center, we are currently in need of household item donations to help make their new spaces feel like home.

We are accepting items such as:

❤Cleaning supplies
❤Mops and brooms
❤Pillows and bed sheets
❤Silverware and dishes
❤Cups and kitchen essentials
❤And other everyday household items
