Dayron, Congratulations on being Highlighted Employee for April with us at CEMS!

Dayron is one of our newest additions CEMS and brings a consistent positive enthusiasm that influences everyone around him for the better. Seemingly a forever student you can find him reviewing protocols or asking thought provoking questions of senior staff and partners to further build his proficiency. All this while his affinity for long distance running reminds everyone to never skip cardio day. We are fortunate to have him and can't wait to see what the future holds for him at CEMS.

CEMS Highlighted Employee for the Month of March, goes to, Eric.

Eric has been a Paramedic with Community EMS for three years. Never having practiced as an EMT before that, he continues to work extremely hard to become a master of the craft in a short time. He cares deeply for his neighbors, patients & coworkers, and he constantly strives to help his community and his Community EMS to shine brighter and be better.

Andrew, after beginning his career in Australia, came to Community EMS as a paramedic in 2008. Now a full time employee of Kinney County, he remains a dedicated and stellar part-time employee, and Community EMS would not be where it is today without his efforts.

Help us congratulate, NATHAN SANCHEZ for earning January EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!

Nathan, has been employed with CEMS since July 2025 & has had his EMT for about that same time. He's always on time, his charts are usually correct, always goes out of his way to help around the Station, he is what we like to call an above & beyond kind of employee.

He's a 23 year old that's lived in the San Antonio area all his life. He's got one sister & one brother. He has an Old English Bulldog named Ghost. On his spare time he likes to read & cook for his family.

We are very happy to have him as part of our CEMS Family & hope to be able to keep him here for a long time.

Congratulations, Nathan & keep being the hard working person that you are. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed & it's greatly appreciated. Your work ethic can't be taught & is hard to find.
