SH 173 (Medina/Frio) from SH 35 to Atascosa/Frio County Line
•Pilot car in use.
•Watch for flag personnel directing traffic.
•One way traffic control with delays.
•Description: Seal coat operations (daytime only). Be prepared to stop. One-way traffic control in place with flag personnel and pilot car directing traffic. Expect delays.
