Congratulations to Patti Meehan on being named a recipient of the BOE's Cougar Pride Award! Patti Meehan was nominated by student Mikey R., who noted the following: "Mrs. Meehan has consistently gone above and beyond as our class advisor. She joined us at the beginning of our junior year, with our class funds low and morale lower. In the past 2 years, however, we have successfully raised sufficient funds for the Class of 2026, and we absolutely could not have done it without her. Whether spearheading events, encouraging participation, or organizing fundraisers, Mrs. Meehan's hard work, positivity, and dedication has had major impacts on our grade, school, and entire community. We are lucky to get so much credit for what our class government has accomplished, but Mrs. Meehan is the unsung hero. Most of our class has no idea how lucky we are to have her. Thank you Mrs. Meehan for always showing up for us – we couldn’t do it without you."
