In all seriousness, this Blue Jay is just going through a molt! Blue Jays replace their old feathers with new ones in late summer, and sometimes the feathers on their head molt all at once. The rest of the body molts gradually so they can keep flying. Soon, they’ll have a fresh set of feathers ready for the cold months ahead!
