ONE MORE LOCAL ATHLETE IS HEADED TO PNC FIELD!

Congratulations to Molly Warner, our final local Home Run Derby participant, on qualifying for the FINALS!

Our area has been knocking it out of the park this year! We are so proud of all of our local participants and the effort they've put into this competition.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Wayne County Fair! 🎡

Months of planning, ordering, organizing, scheduling, and preparation all came down to nine busy days in the Honesdale Area Jaycees Fair Stand. While not all of our Fair Stand Chairs made it into the picture, we couldn’t let the week end without getting one!

A huge THANK YOU to our fellow Jaycee members and volunteers who stepped up and worked shifts throughout the fair. This stand simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

Thank you to Mike from Super Duper for keeping us supplied with the food and drinks we needed to keep things rolling, and of course, thank you to every customer who stopped by, grabbed a meal, bought a $1 water, or supported us throughout the week. Your support makes our biggest fundraiser of the year a success and allows us to continue giving back to our community.

Another Wayne County Fair is officially in the books. From all of the Fair Stand Chairs — thank you, and we’ll see you in 2027! 🎡🍔🍟
