Ryanne is President & CEO of the Wayne County Community Foundation, where she leads efforts to strengthen local philanthropy and support community-driven initiatives across the region. Since joining the organization in 2019, she has been a driving force in advancing collaboration, resource development, and long-term community impact.

With a background in public health and nonprofit leadership, Ryanne has dedicated her career to improving community well-being — from her work in health communications at The Food Trust to her roles in HIV education and advocacy. A recognized leader in her community, she has received honors including the Community Achievement Award from the Chamber of the Northern Poconos and the Arthur Watres Community Service Award.

Deeply rooted in Wayne County, Ryanne is passionate about community building, collaboration, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. Her leadership and commitment to service will help guide a meaningful and engaging conversation about the experiences and priorities of women in the region.
