🌟 Employee Spotlight: Johnny’s Remarkable Growth 🌟
We recently received some incredible feedback about Johnny from his management team at Pocono Pub, and we couldn’t be more proud!
Johnny’s managers shared that if they could have one more employee just like him, their kitchen would run flawlessly. They described him as the best dishwasher on their team and said they feel a noticeable difference whenever he’s not at work.
What makes this even more exciting is that Johnny has been advocating for himself and expressing an interest in learning to cook. His employers listened, recognized his potential, and recently gave him the opportunity to work the fryers and begin expanding his skills in the kitchen.
