Schoolhouse Yoga 🧘

New month. More options. Same Schoolhouse.

The September schedule begins Tuesday, September 1—and afternoon & evening classes are back!

We’ve also added a couple of new ways to practice:

Begin to Flow
An entry-level vinyasa class and a natural next step after the Brand New Beginner Series—or simply a first step into vinyasa/flow. Expect a little more movement, a little more heat, and plenty of guidance.

Loaded Yoga
Classic, Ashtanga-inspired sun salutations collide with external load and yoga conditioning. A 45-minute practice that packs a lot in. You’ll be thankful for the shorter format.

Slow Flow
A “most levels” vinyasa that moves slowly enough to give you time to catch on, refine your alignment, or deepen your practice. Less rushing, more paying attention.

And yes, another Brand New Beginner Series is coming soon. If you’d like to get on the waiting list, send us a message.
