To support intergovernmental communications with territorial, state, and federal government agencies to provide quality services for our community, providing assistance on vital statistics, educational opportunities, media outreach, medical services, housing referrals, immigration and legislative support. VISION:
To empower and nurture partnerships with public and private agencies and

samoan community to meet our mutual objectives. GOALS:
•Support and implement the Governors initiatives.
•Improve communication and collaboration with constituents and partnerships with local government leaders, indigenous community and private sector.
•Promote a culture of inclusiveness, trust, diversity, and equality.
•Complete projects to support and advance indigenous entrepreneur and financial opportunities.
•Provide necessary support to our local American Samoa Veterans and Toa O Samoa.
